Returns and refunds are handled promptly.

General Return Policy
Toobydoo items purchased at full price are returnable within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn/unwashed condition and still have the original tags and packaging. 

Sale Item Return Policy
Items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sample Sale Mystery Boxes are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

Damaged Item Return Policy
In case of damaged items, please accept our apologies! We will try to make it right quickly. Please report damages within 7 days of purchase for a refund and/or replacement.

Toobydoo purchased from other retailers
If you purchased your items from one of our retailers, please contact the retailer for their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items other than toobydoo.com

Please Note
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you insure and track your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment. Toobydoo is not responsible for product lost or damaged during return shipments.
